Do you ship to the UK?
— Yep!
What about Australia? Will I have to pay an absurd amount for shipping that is incomparable to US shipping to other countires?
— Yep! And nope! That's one of the reasons why we moved to this platform ^w^)
I'm in the US and I just wanna get stickers. Is there any cheaper shipping?
— Yes, when you check out, make sure to edit the shipping method to Stamped mail, no tracking. I can only do this for sticker orders though.
If I place two or more separate orders, can you combine them?
— Yes, please contact me ASAP with your order numbers using the form on the site; I cannot combine orders once they have shipped. If you are a non-US customer, please, please, please contact with haste to avoid extra pricy shipping costs.
When will you ship my stuff?
— I will try to pack them within 1-3 business days upon receiving the order and try to ship them out the next day. However, if I receive an influx of orders, I may take up to a week to get to your order, so I ask for your patience. Also, if you place an order on the weekend, I will process it on Monday.
What orders come with tracking numbers?
— If you are in the US and you only order stickers, they will come in a stamped envelope without tracking. For everything else and all non-US orders, you will get a tracking number automatically sent to your email once I buy the postage!
When will I receive my order?
— Excluding sticker-only orders in the US, you will be able to see where the order is at any given time using the tracking number. International delivery times vary, depending on the season. From personal experience, this can take from a week to 2 months.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived after the general wait time or I haven't received an email?
— First, make sure to check your Spam folder to see if it didn't land there! If you still can't find it there, please contact me using the form on the site with your order number and we can discuss what can be done!
For returned packages: If your order is sent back to me for whatever reason, I will let you know and you can pay for shipping again to have the package resent or I can refund your order, minus a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping costs.
For international orders: Non-US orders may be subject to additional fees before or at time of arrival. Note that these are not covered in the order.
Will you ever restock <insert item> ?
— Generally, no. Unless the listing mentions that it is a preorder, I do not restock. Whatever stock I have is what I will ever have, until it sells out. I'm doing my best not to add too much to our world's clutter! However, feel free to ask me via the contact form and I will take it into future consideration. For books that have gone out-of-print though, I will always have digital versions available on faeralcatmeems.itch.io!
Is your packaging recyclable?
— I typically reuse packaging I have gotten from things I've ordered and encourage you to do so as well! Most of these should be recyclable, should you not want to hoard these materials.
