As a rule of thumb, I do not refund any purchases or commission request made. All transactions are final. Please keep in mind I am not a mega corporation, I am a fae-touched cat with their hands full surviving in a human-dominated environment.
However! Should you have an error in your order (i.e., ordered 2 of an item) and you have not received a notice that I shipped your package, I am happy to fix the order and refund you the difference.
In the event a package returns to me and you decide to not have me try shipping it to you again, I am happy to refund the amount, minus 10% of the listing price and shipping cost.
